Installing leopard 10.5.1/2

    i dont noe if this is the right place but....

    everyone has seen the osx86project.org website ...its the place where it shows how to install mac on pc anyways my problem is........

    i have a MSI pm8m-v motherboard all via chipset and on board sound & video

    i tried installing kalyway 10.5.1 it goes to darwin and boots all files needed and restarts computer and does the same thing and keeps going
    it doesnt get to the part of the apple grey logo and the spinning thing below it

    what do i do>??

    Sounds like one of the files is not loading at startup the best bet would be to try and install a different boot-loader (sorry cant help with that as i have a real mac) because i know there are several differant ones for booting just not fimiliar with them also you might want to go through the compatibility list and check to see is all your hardware is supported

    and the biggest thing you have to know is if your cpu supports SSE2 or it will not bootup which may be your problem. also you will want SSE3 for support of older PPC applications And other stuff like itunes otherwise if you dont have at least SSE2 you are out of luck and i would suggest to put windows or linux on you computer

    i dont know of any ways to check your CPU without having windows installed and using an application called "CPUz"
