I'm trying to load windows xp pro onto my mac 24. I'm using a burned copy of windows xp and after attempting to use the boot camp option; I still seem to have no luck in loading it properly. Any tips on loading this software?

The XP cd will need to be bootable, not sure if you made it bootable when you burned it. Also when I installed Bootcamp on my son's Macbook you could only install XP with Service Pack 2. You had to run an update AFTER bootcamp was installed which allowed you to install SP3. That was a year ago so don't know if that has changed or not.

vmware fusion is nice but if you are going to be using any really graphics intensive apps like a game just use bootcamp as vmware is not the best for that stuff
