    Hi!
I have an Acer laptop that has been messed up for a while now.

I want to do a recovery, but the two options are all grayed out leaving me only to one more options, exit. I don't have any kind of CDs either..
Can anyone please help me out?

the 1st option doesn't look greyed out to me so did you try clicking on it? is that the original hard drive in it? did you delete the recovery partition to get more space?

    2. Make sure the D2D Recovery setting in Main is Enabled.
    3. Exit the BIOS utility and save changes. The system will reboot.
    1. Restart the system.
    2. While the Acer logo is showing, press <Alt> + <F10> at the same time to
    enter the recovery process.
    3. Refer to the onscreen instructions to perform system recovery.
