AGP HD4650 & Windows 7 Problem

    hi, i bought a AGP HD4650 and when i installed it on my computer which already had win 7,.

    i installed the latest drivers and after about 10 mins of use it just locks up and after a restart same thing.

    so i reformatted with fresh win 7 but im still getting the same problem any ideas???

    i cant move the mouse and keyboard not responding aswell

    the pc specs:
    p4 3.2ghz ht
    2.5gb ddr2 ram
    agp hd4560 1gb
    win7

    should just stick with windows xp??
