Auslogic or Advanced System Care Issues?

I have been running Advanced System Care for a few months and Auslogic Registry Cleaner
for about 2 weeks and keep losing my "f keys" memory. I assign them and they hold that memory for a few days to a few weeks but then one day I'll try to use them and they are all gone.
I'm running and old Logitech remote keyboard and mouse and this issue has started in the last 6 months or so. I'm just wondering whether the problem could be with these computer clean-up apps. I'm using or could there be something else involved.
I've always used CCleaner for cleaning up the loose ends and the only issues I had were losing my cookies so that I had to re-sign in to my sites after using it. I programed that out of it, but recently these f-Key issues have gotten to be a PITA.
I'm running Windows XP and my browser is Firefox (latest edition).

Any help would be appreciated.
