Bad Image Error Message

    Hello,
    Upon trying to open certain programs, I'm receive an error window labeled [______.exe - Bad Image] [Big Red X] with the message: "C:\Windows\system32\webio.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support." Any ideas how to rid of this problem? Thank you in advance!
