Belkin G+ Mimo router works fine but my Dell laptop can't detect the network, it says "Aquiring Network Address" but does not connect. Any ideas?

There's a whole lot of information missing before anyone (well, me for starters) can help you.
What kind of network card toes the Dell have? What are it's wireless capabilities? Failing that, what model laptop is it?
How did you configure the router?
Are you using security?
Do the security setting match between the router and the laptop?
Is the router set for DHCP?
A whole bunch of ideas but since we don't know what you have tried it's impossible to give you more than a bunch of random ideas.
