my cousin bought a brand new toshiba sattelite c650d -126 laptop a few months ago and from day one it has been very slow, its not just the internet its even something simple like opening the start menu which take a second or two,,since it was brand new when i first checked it i know its not a virus or defrag problem,,ive done a defrag,a malware scan, ran ccleaner, ran glary utilities and done a couple of other things so its clean from all other problems,,i rang pcworld and i thought it might just be cos its only a 1gb ram where my own laptop is 3gb ram but they reckon its a software issue but couldn`t help me till i found the receipt ,,so at the min we are struggling to find the receipt so just looking for some help from any of the experienced lads on here ,,ive got some great help on here from all sections of the forums so hopefully someone can lend a hand,,really appreciated :)
