I typically visit one particular site daily (www.warez-bb.org)and it was working great until the other day and now I can't access it via Firefox, Chrome, Torch, or IE. The site is working as I can access it from my phone on my home network. Here is some troubleshooting I've done:

    1) Checked firewall and malwarebytes exceptions, disabled firewall and still no go.
    2) I can access it through a proxy server (but ads make it annoying)
    3) Changed ipV6 and Network settings in Firefox to Auto-detect proxy setting
    4) Reset network settings, router, range extender, and all other networked media.

I read that there were some issues with the site at one point but not sure if that is still the issue. Any ideas?

    Try these steps:
You may have put that website in restricted sites of your browser, so try different browsers.
Clear your browser cookies and check the website.
    Shut down your PC.
Remove power supply from your modem, router or any other device you may have connected.
Connect everything and start you PC, then check for that website.

    Regards,
    Berry Martin
