Can't Get Java to download to Windows 7

Everytime I try and DL java from any site.I get this message below.I've tryed a number of sites filehippo.com,download.com and a few others.I get the same messages
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit oem version any help we do on how to fix this problem Thanks

Have you checked your DNS servers? Looks like the message I get when I use the default DNS servers that my ISP provides for the DHCP. I just go to the connection settings and set the DNS servers... 4.2.2.2 for the primary, 4.2.2.3 for the secondary.
