Hello everyone this is my first post.

I have been having a problem now for about 6 months... when i load certain webpages (usually blogs or forums) they take extremely long to load - they will load the top portion of the site but the rest of the site will remain loading. For instance, after dawn loaded showing the top menu nav but then the rest of the page takes 5 minutes to load and display this loading description:

    waiting for a.collective-media.net
    waiting for adz.afterdawn.net

i have tried a bunch of things:
    uninstalled avast
    used registry mechanic
    window washer
    disk defrag
    error check
uninstalled any programs i wasn't using

still with no luck, although i did load in to safe mode last night and the internet was working fine so its not the connection there is something that is loading that is causing this to happen

if anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated, i can only take this for so long now its driving me crazy.
