Compaq Presario C700: Live Mic (Problem)

Heyy guys,

I want to be able to enable my laptop so when i plug in a mic i can hear my voice coming live out the speakers. One of the reasons is becuase my laptop doesnt support Stereo Mix and i want to be able to plug my laptop into my portable audio recorder and record voip calls i make.

I cant seem to find the way though to make the voice come out live, dont worry telling me about the problems i may face once i have live mic, i know the problems.... i screen shotted my audio properties so you can see what what im working with
