I recently reformatted my computer. When I first got the computer it was in English. This computer was bought in Taiwan. It was originally in Chinese but one of my relitives changed it to English. I don't really know how to change the language of the whole computer because everything now is in Chinese since I reformatted it. I'm using windows XP Home edition. Could you guys hopefully list a step by step instructions on how to change the language. I can't really read the chinese so a little more detail to the instructions would be helpful.
