Control several computers through network

    I work at a school where I'm in charge of the schools computers. And it's taking too long to install upgrades on all the computers.

    Does there exist a software where I can control all the computers through the network, or anything else that could make my job a little easier?

    btw, we are still running win xp.

    are the computers at your school connected to a unified location within your school i.e. a server, or they are just connected to the internet?
