This isn't a big deal but I am just wondering if this is possible. I searched a little and could not get any Windows 7 results, only Vista. I just switched ISP's and got a new modem. So now, the network I am connected to is called "Network 2". I can not see my old network but I would delete if I could because I want to rename my other one to "Network". I do not really care about this, so no need to research this but if anyone knows how to do this please tell me. Thanks

You could try getting it from safe mode, or you could just rename the new one, "Internet"

I figured it out. You actually just need to click on the picture of your network and it opens the Manage/Delete Network window. Thanks for replying.
