I have a Dell Dimension desktop running windows XP home edition. After downloading XP3 I get a blue screen upon boot up. I am unable to run repair disk. I have the disk but the computer will not allow me to run it.The error message I get is: STOP: c000139 {Entry Point Not Found} The procedure entry point GdiGetBitmapBitsSize could not be located in the dynamic link library GDI32.dll. Please help

Well, I put the disk in and select a combination of options< ie..CTRL+F8, F2, F12, but nothing happens. The cd spins fast for 5 seconds then it stops and then the blue screen appears. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
