has any 1 got an idea whats up with my laptop as it was working fine now it loads up then gets past the windows corp part and then just hangs and when i try to do a fresh install it gets to the screen were it askes you to install or reapir i choose install and it says set up loading and just hangs there for hours can any 1 tell me whats happening do i need a new hd or is it the ram
if not wanting to save your data then delete the partition, create new partition & do full format not quick format to see if have any bad spots on drive.
You could download the Hirens boot cd and do a hdd and ram test. This wold be after deleting the partition and attempting to install again.
