on my friends win 7 home premium ie 9
He can't run a download from the net, he has to save it and then run from the hard drive. I have the same system and i can run from the net.
I have googled this till I'm blue and they just run me in circles never even close to what i ask. Would like some answers please

@jst1946 Sorry i haven't got back to you sooner, but was not able to get to his house as everyone was sick, then when they got better i picked up the flue. anyway could not find the problem. He said he had the same thing before and a friend did some thing very simple and all was good. Don't know what??? But anyway it's fixed. Thanks for the repy.
