    New issue. I have an HP clone desktop called NEOPOST. The issue is that the video on the screen is not quite correct. The icons are stretched vertically, and the resolution needs to be 1200x768 to look correct. I was told the issue is probably a bad video controller. Is that possible? How do I install the correct controller? If I do will I lose anything on the hhd? This tower only accepts the existing hhd, no other will work. I cannot make spares. Solutions please.
