I keep getting this message when I try to email a company under there contact part of there site for example Magic dvd ripper and here's the message word for word,could not perform this operation because the default mail client in properly installed I'm guessing that I need something like OutLook Express but I'm not sure,can anone tell me if they know the problem.
Sounds like when you click the link it's pointing to your default mail client, which in most cases is some version of outlook, if you're using firefox as your web browser it should ask you what you want to use to send email when you click the link, such as yahoo, gmail, etc...
