Hi, I keep getting this code when trying to do a windows update!it was doing it on Microsoft Security Essentials to, but a re-installation cured that. My laptop is also running very slow and the internet redirects nearly ever link i click on. Done scans with registry mechanic, spybot, malwarebytes, MSE, windows defender and cc cleaner and it dosent find the problem. This has happend to me along time ago, and i think i solved it my installing windows again, but i REALLY dont wanna have to do that again! is there any answers? i would be very grateful. Also, my services are acting wierd - they keep stopping and starting when they want, in perticular the network and security ones. It will not let my edit them either, this could have something to do with the problem. Im on windows 7
