   i was looking at my file space on one of my hdds and i can find 31g of data but it states there is 50 used so i made hidden files show and i still cant find the hidden 20g of space can anyone help me find out how to locate them ?

   did you check out all the diectories & folder as had to do that for a customer who had a folder by hotbar full of shoppers reports?

   You can use software like SpaceMonger to map out the drive and see what's taking up the space.
