getting rid of windows messenger in windows xp

    OK pull up your control panel and open add/remove programs, then click on add/remove windows components, third down from the top on the left. And toward the bottom of that list you should see an entry for windows messager and a check mark next to it, un-check this box and click next..

    It should be removed, restart to be sure ^^
