Google voice does nothing when will when I press connect.

I have used Google voice for years without a problem. I recently got a new job so I setup a new Google voice number.

When I press connect to initiate the call nothing happened. I first noticed the problem on my new account and then on my account that are used previously.

I make sure to update Google talk. When I make a call I have both my Gmail and Google voice account in Internet explorer 32-bit.
