I recently moved back to my college town for school. I had to install some cisco software to get internet access on campus. I've installed it before with no problems. But this time there seems to be some issues. The window pops up to enter your info when the computer boots up. I'll go to type in my info and the window will go from active to unactive without me doing anything. It will go back and forth between unactive and active, which is really annoying when you're trying to type in your info and password because you will be typing and then it will stop because the window is no longer active. As soon as I was noticing this issue, i also started receiving error messages from windows saying "sorry gt.exe stopped working." May these be related? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the cisco software but once I uninstalled it, this toggling between active and unactive began happening to all my windows. So I chose the lesser of two evils and would rather it just happen to the cisco window and not all of them. I think it may be related to gt.exe not working but I'm not sure. Anyone have an idea? I'm thinking of just starting fresh with everything on my computer, because other things seem to be acting funny as well. Thanks in advance!

Oh and I have run several virus checks with multiple virus software on my pc, including norton and spybot. Says everything is fine, besides a few tracking cookies which of course weren't causing the problem.
