ok I have a laptop running vista and it has worked great for the year i have owned it. All the sudden i cant download anything at all. I was trying to download the new itunes but it will got about ten minutes and then the download freezes. Everything i try to download will start go about 10mins maybe more and then freeze. It didnt do this a week ago it worked fine but now all the sudden it wont work. I have run Norton Full Scan and its clear. I have run Spybot S&D Malaware bytes and C Cleaner. Everything is clean but still it wont download anything at all. Im on wireless DSL but that not it cus my dads laptop on the same connection works fine. What could be the problem please help!!! I don't understand how this just popped up.
My sister had the same problem, and system restore fixed it. Unfortunately for you system restore was turned off. Always leave system restore on. If you use a cleaner that cleans restore points, then make sure you make a restore point after cleaning.
