Hi guys I recently moved into a house with 3 other people, and literally every night one of our housemates is hogging up the connection with skype. We've told her countless times, that she can't just sit on skype all day but she doesn't pay any attention and to be quite honest, she is really pissing us all off(including her "best friend", who is sick to death of her). So anyways, as we have a 8mb connection, I want to split it four ways. Is there any program or way you can suggest, which will enable me to split the bandwidth to 2mb for each one of us? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks guys.
