how to make any file executable?

    I was reading that there was a way to make a file executable like i have a txt file that has some commands and i don't want to make it a batch file or i want to make a custom extentsion executable like .tp
    run as a batch file without changing the settings in windows

    Do'h. What the heck is wrong with this language? Use dots and try to make text straight forward and possible to read quickly. Now I have to think at least 2min guessing what you want to do with what?

    Ok, you want to make executable .bat- file to executable .tp -file. This is not possible without changing windows file reference settings. And why do you want to do that? It's like you are going to do a virus..
