Hi, I can get my pc to type in japanese, but it switches back to english, the default input whenever i click out of a text box, or move from one window to another, IE: from firefox to itunes. is there a way to set the inputs so they remain in one or the other until switched? macbooks work like that and i want to get it to behave in a similar manner. any thoughts would be highly appreciated. thanks.

I use IME japanese as well and unfortunately you can't do that. =/ Since you're using an english version of windows it will always default back to english when going to another program.
