So there is a statistics chart on the program VZAccess manager, I usually watch when playing Xbox LIVE to see if anyone lag switches, or if I start lagging myself. The problem is that after I connect the WWAN card, I start to notice it makes small evenly spaced "Processes" of 4kps Down and 2kps Up, how do I make it stop. Without disconnecting it obviously.

I read earlier that it could be a hidden download and that I should download and use CCleaner....... they are still there though.

FYI these processes occur when I don't even have browser open or running task bar apps.
