iTunes Help

Hi,

I'm having some buffering issues when streaming iTunes radio. I remember being able to fix this before by changing the streaming buffer size. And when I looked this issue up in iTunes help AND the official Apple iTunes help site, sure enough, they said the same thing.

Now, the problem is, that field is not there in the new iTunes, which I made sure I had. 10.2.2 (12)

All I get under "copy files to iTunes" is "Reset all dialog warnings" I also checked every other part of the preferences menu and all other tabs

Can anyone help please?
