After a recovery I am getting a Jscript error I can not fix it no matter what I do I try and reinstall java,reinstall IE(which it fails since IE can not work without it) even reisntelled kaspersky no good, tried installing windosws java thingy no go this is driving me crazy is there anyway to fix it other than a reinstall? Og and to add to it this is a laptop with no install disc, there is a windows install partition tho....
Try deleting Java, and any addons or programs you installed after the restore point. Then clean up your registry. Maybe that will help out a bit.
its not.....after a week worth of work the file was locked,corrupted and locked recovery,ect did nothing to it...so I pulled the drive reset premmions replaced the dll with nwer and I am trunkin freely with no errors! And this 2 weeks of hell started with IE crashing for no reason...it was a damn add on....spybot(10-20%) and another(80-90%,coppernet high speed app) made it very unstable.
