Yeah M$ will definitely ban you if you install Windows 7 on your Xbox 360. That's why I only run a SplitVid stealthed Windows XP on my box.
Before it gets moved: You're probably either running an illegal copy or, more likely, you're running the prototype that came out just before the official launch. (I forget what the name is for those.) Anyway, since you got it for free, and it was only meant for testing purposes, or you downloaded it illegally, you're going to have to buy the real thing.
