OK, im a bit of a novice with these so please try to dumb it down a bit for me! Recently got hit with the Vista virus but used PC tools Spyware doctor and got rid of it and laptop now runs fine, ONCE IT GETS STARTED that is! I know I can stop what programs start when I turn it on but i've no idea which ones are needed or not. Is there any software that can check the startup for me and stop what I don't need???
