so i installed a second hard drive and made the partitions from disc management and everything looks fine. but the next time i go to turn on the computer it says it failed to boot from the disc and asks for the system disc.
i unplugged the second hard drive and now everything is back to normal.
    whats the problem here?

Check your hard drive priority in the BIOS, make sure your o/s hdd is the primary drive.
