My internet has gone crazy

The internet icon on the left of the start menu is not blinking and can't surf the net properly. When the two lights are out the websites that I visited will get an error "The Connection Has Timed Out" and the streaming video I'd watched will stopped. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

 

your connection is faulty or you got virus's/spyware preventing it from working.

 

porn has burned it out. Are they blinking red lights?

 

I already fixed it thanks anyway. But I'm still having trouble, whenever the internet icon on the start menu, you know the 2 blinking lights. When those two lights are out the internet will timed out. It happens every 5 or so on mins. Help me...
