This is weird and just started happening the other day. I have a gigabyte mb with the latest realtek drivers. When i go on to WoW my sound works perfectly also when i go into control panal and do a test i have sound. Nothing is muted but i have no sounds in windows none from youtube none in itunes even when i go and try to test the sounds of windows like error i get nothing. So i tried to put in a music cd no sound frome media player. Did some research on-line and a few sites said registery errors so i have a regcleaner program and gave that a try no luck. Like i said speaker tests work and Wow works. I haven't tried a different game yet. Any advice would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks in advance.
