open two pics simultaneously?

    Hello, I'm new with paint and can't open two pics simultaneously. Can't find any help in "help". Please help. Also, if you have time, how do I move a part of one pic into the second pic. Thanks a million. I really need this bad. Paint.net v3.5.10

    They have a forum http://forums.getpaint.net/ I would suggest that you ask questions about that program there. I could give you a couple of suggestions because I know Photoshop, but I'm not familiar with this product. It looks like a nice piece of software for simple edits, it's just not one that I'll use.
