I feel so stupid asking this, I should know better. Somehow I changed the look of my OE 6. Originaly it opened to IT*S home page, with the "tip of the day" in the right of the page. Somehow I changed it so it now opens directly to my in box. How do I change it back? The help pages are useless. I even resorted to reloading IE & thinking that OE 6 would revert to it*s original appearance. No such luck. Any ideas?
click on the outlook express folder on top left side above the inbox folder. the tip of the day will show up on right side. at the bottom of that page you'll see a box with a checkmark in it stating "When Outlook Express starts, go directly to my Inbox.", remove that checkmark.
I answered my own question after I posted this. Under default settings Non microsoft products were set as the default setting. I changed it TO ms products and OE6 reappeared on the programs list. From there I dragged an icon to the desktop. Thank you for your advise.
