Hey all, Thanks in advance for the help. My problem is when my wife goes onto Blackboard for her college and tries to reply the pc shuts down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java to no avail. What could the problem be? Thanks BB
It is either a firewall or antivirus/spyware software that is probably causing the computer to shutdown. Some of these softwares will initiate a hard shutdown if it suspects a program is trying to access priviledge window files. I don't think java is the culprit in this situation.
