All of a sudden, after rebooting my computer, an Asus Cm5675, 8G ram, 1T hd w/Windows7 64 bit, both of me two computers, (Epson R280, Epson Workforce 610), stopped working. When bringing up the device printer page both have the yellow problem triangle.Tried re-installing and when finished get the message device did not install properly. did it from Epsons Home page for W7 64 B and same thing, on both printers. The Workforce is a combo Wi-Fi and Usb. Neither work,and the Workforce Wi-Fi shows it is recieving astrong signal. This came out of nowhere, was working great for over 6 months.Any help greatly appreciated. Jim Durkin
Problem is the system restore only goes back to about the time all this happened,don't know why. That was one of the things I tried. Thanks for the reply.
