I recently wiped my friends hard drive, and reinstalled Windows XP Home
(the original OS with the system). All drivers have installed properly, except the video and sound card's. The system is a Compaq Presario V2000, with an ATI Xpress 200M and Conexant AC-Link Audio.

I've attempted to download the drivers from both the Compaq site, and ATI's and Conexant.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Problem was with installing. Compaq had the wrong driver listed, I let XP search and install the driver, and now all is well. Issue resolved.
