My daughter has a laptop with Windows 7 o/s. She has three user accounts; her own and one for each of her sons. When she attempts to access her account the screen goes white and stays that way. The other accounts work but the computer is very slow. I have created another user account for her but I'd like to know if I can fix the problem with her original one.
I have solved my own problem. I ran various registry repairers and Malwarebytes, which found five bits of malware. Problem fixed!
