hello all could anyone enlighten me on how to reinstall vista what it is is the laptop i bought a couple of years ago new didnt come with a vista disc it was allready installed now i want to have a clean start with it clear everything and reinstall it to factory vista to see if i can speed it up at all and sell it could anybody hellp me out an tell me how to do it or make a installation disc the product key is on the bottem of the laptop
as you didn't get a recovery disk but have the product key means your hard drive has been partitioned into 2 with the 2nd partition about 10gig in size. that is your recovery partition to reload back to defaults & a progrm in windows uses that partition to make your recovery disks. what is the make & model# of the laptop?
