I have a Toshiba laptop with Vista on it.. I recently uninstalled a trial version of Microsoft Office 2007.After being prompt to restart my computer after uninstalling, vista gets stuck in the loading screen(with The green bar going across the screen) I tried booting in safe mode,it starts to load the files, then freezes. i hit F8 and tried a system repair, again a white bar goes across the screening, loading files, then it goes into the vista booting up screen, then gets stuck on that.. Does anyone know a way around that? Thanks in advance.

Oh boy, where to begin.Well like i said it was stuck on the loading screen.Rebooted,I hit F8 for safe mode,etc... I click on the first option, which was repair windows...A white bar went across my screen while some files were loaded. Then it went back to the loading of vista. The bad part about it,you don't see a progress bar or anything like that.I just walked away for like an half and hour, came back and saw a box on the screen that read repairing windows. After about another 30 minutes,it had a read out of all the files it scanned and what file passed/failed.It told me that i have a problem in one of my directories and said that it cannot fix it.. I was like, well now what??? I just restarted vista and it loaded up fine.. I don't know what it did,if anything...
