im having a problem with images displaying right. All images i view on my computer seem to look like they're in 16bit mode, and yes im running everything in 32bit mode. I've tried everything i can think of to fix this problem. I've re-installed windows 7 32bit. that didn't work. So i thought maybe it was my graphic card. went out and bought a new one and of course no luck. I have no clue whats going on. one day everything was fine the next day this issue. ive even tried different monitors. im lost. any suggestions?

is the videocard connected to the psu or is supposed to be attached to the psu for extra power? does the motherboard also have onboard video & if so have you tried it to see if does same thing or not?

can you try another psu to see if current psu is not providing enough power. if videocards are not identical & did fresh install of windows then has to be a hardware issue. do you know anybody that might have an old pci videocard to see that it is not the videocard slot problem?
