Windows 7 blue screen of death

Hi everybody,
latley my pc has been shutting down on its own wasnt till last night that i noticed the blue screen of death b4 it shut down. when i rebooted this arvo i decided to read the error message that came up when i rebooted back into windows. and this is wat i got:

boot up in safe mode. run rstrui so you can restore to the last stable version of your windows. after it finishes doing its work. reboot the system.
