ry doing this:

Open Internet Explorer
Click "Tools"
Click "Internet Options"
Click the "Advanced" tab
Click "Reset"

I hope that this helps.

Edit:
It is possible that your computer has been infected by a virus that might have caused Internet Explorer to stop working correctly.

Download and install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
Update Malwarebytes with the latest virus definitions
Start a full scan
When that has finished delete any viruses that it finds

Windows 7??

Here do this.

Control Panel and Uninstall IE from "Turn Windows Features on and off"

It's crap and shame on you for using.

BTW......errors like that are deeply embedded in the OS seeing that IE is "part" of the OS. You've got something dwelling in your net connection settings possibly. A faulty .dll file.
