Hi guys I'm looking for a sleep timer for Windows 7, which can do 3 things:

1 - Put computer to SLEEP
    2 - SHUT DOWN computer
    3 - TURN OFF MONITOR

I used to use Vista shutdown timer but its no good for Windows 7. Maybe a batch file could be created and manually run everytime I need to use, with a little editing done beforehand for times etc.

I'm no programmer though! Any help appreciated!

    Thanks

The power management only lets u set times after the computer is left idle. i need a timer that will put the computer to sleep after a specified time regardless whether or not its been idle
For example if im watching a movie i would set it to sleep after the movie finishes just in case i fall asleep myself! The windows media window would be left open and the computer wouldnt class this as idle, meaning the computer wouldnt go to sleep using the power management function in control panel
