hey, i had a network between my wired xp desktop that is connected to the router, my wireless win 7 desktop and my wireless win 7 netbook. it was fully functional until the xp desktop got a virus. i ran the setup from xp which gives you the flash drive to plug into each computer you want on the network.
after pluging it back into the xp machine only the laptop was able to be a part of this new network and actually show me the xp machine. the win 7 desktop however can only see the win 7 netbook. im trying to set up printer sharing with the win 7 and xp machine.
    any advice?

You have install the printer driver if you haven't already. And the xp machine needs to be on the same workgroup as the 7 machines. If they aren't already.
